The March issue of Decibel magazine picked up two EVH axes for review, the EVH Wolfgang USA Custom and Wolfgang Special Stealth.
The magazine’s take on the USA Custom was short and sweet.
“The guitar really wants to become a part of you,” said Decibel. “In a word, this instrument is ‘remarkable.'”
The Wolfgang Special Stealth didn’t stay far behind, receiving high marks on its inflections and tones.
“Wonderful overtones and shimmering inflections were likely what EVH aimed for here,” said the magazine. “And [he] certainly delivered.”
